The 12 Residence is a comfortable location, right by a captive market. The rooms are large and fabulous, with good facilities including an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe.

Convenient dining options nearby, although a bit of a trek on foot, but many restaurants are close by. The suite offers an incredibly comfortable bed, as well as a dining area, sitting area, and a study table. 😊

The rooms here are amazing and have smoke detectors for safety, and the location is great, near the 12 Residence and close to restaurants and Don Meuang airport.

My stay at 12 The Residence Hotel & Apartment - Sha was wonderful. I was in Bangkok for a week for business purposes, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the facility was impeccable. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-fridge, electric kettle, and a large desk. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower was amazing, and the hotel's restaurant offered delicious meals. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport was also a great convenience. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the airport. the staff at 12 the Residence Hotel & Apartment - Sha were exceptional, especially considering my broken foot. the new hotel was beautiful and my room was very nice. the highlight of my stay was the delicious meal I had at the Japanese restaurant - a pleasant surprise. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and helpful. I believe it was great value for the money and I definitely plan on returning. Cons: None 😊.
